JasperRose are partnering with a market leading consumer brand who are looking to a technical focused Assistant Accountant. This opportunity will see you joining a people first listed company. This award-winning company are based in London and require you to be in office just once a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the month-end process working within SOX compliance including accruals
- Collaborate with wider finance functions across their global teams
- Own bank reconciliations for certain areas of the company
- Record prepayments
- Ensure all intercompany accounts are reconciled
- Supporting with ad-hoc projects, including process improvements
Skills required:
The successful candidate will be available on short notice with at least 1 years’ experience with month end processes (reconciliations, prepayments, and accruals). Oracle experience is desirable but not essential. A student in either ACCA/CIMA/AAT would be a plus. Softer skills required would include being proactive and having desire to improve processes.
