An EMEA Payroll Specialist is required to work for a growing, listed consumer business, based in Central London with remote working available. The business has been operating for over 40 years establishing themselves as a market leader in their field.
You will be working in a high-achieving, deadline-driven environment and for a business that has achieved significant growth including a 20% increase in global revenue in 2020. Managing multiple EMEA payrolls you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of payrolls and support the Payroll Supervisor with ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing EMEA payroll of 1000 employees across 7 countries
- Maintain sickness, bonus and holiday
- Process monthly payroll journals
- Ensure all payroll processes adhere to SOX compliance
- Undertake quarterly audits of payroll data
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of EMEA payroll experience with 2-3 of those years having worked on EMEA payrolls with at least 3 of the following countries Netherlands/Germany/Belgium/Austria/Switzerland/France. You will be either fluent German, Italian or Dutch speaker and be comfortable communicating with providers in this language. The business is looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and who has the ability to multi-take effectively. CIPP qualification is desirable but not essential.
