FP&A Analyst

We’re seeking a highly analytical, systems-savvy FP&A Analyst to work closely with the CFO in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, delivering insight across multiple locations. This hands-on role suits someone who thrives on complex data, PowerBI, builds robust forecasts and models, and translates performance across sites into clear, commercially focused narratives that influence senior decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Deliver balance sheet, working capital, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards providing real-time insight to senior leadership.
- Produce monthly management and Board-level reporting, including variance and scenario analysis.
- Partner with teams across the business to improve systems, data quality, and financial insight.
Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- FP&A or commercial finance experience.
- Advanced Power BI skills with proven experience building dashboards and insights.
- Highly proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems and data tools (e.g. SQL, Python) is advantageous.
- Commercially minded, analytical, and able to communicate complex data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
