JasperRose are partnering with a global consumer brand, who are looking for a Global FP&A Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.  The role has arisen due to an internal move and will be working in the global headquarters in Central London (hybrid, 3 days in the office).  This is an opportunity to work for a market-leading brand that has performed exceptionally well over the past 2 years, including expanding further internationally.

Working in the management reporting and analytics team within the global FP&A team, the key objective of this role is to provide the business with consolidated date for their quarterly and annual reporting as well as forecasting cycles. The role will have extensive engagement with stakeholders based globally and will be heavily involved in improving existing processes through the use of various tools such as TM1 and Power BI.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Consolidating quarterly and annual reports across 6 global regions and various product lines
  • Reviewing the monthly financial reports submitted by each region, reporting on variances and challenging the data where necessary
  • Business partnering with key finance stakeholders based globally to review and challenge the monthly data reporting
  • Playing a key part in driving the accuracy of data across the brand to enable more accurate performance reporting and analysis, this includes partnering closely with the IT teams to drive efficiencies on the TM1 and Power BI systems
  • Inputting into quarterly and annual presentations to the board
  • Proactively take ownership of various other key projects as required by the business

 

Skill set required:
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (or Masters equivalent) and will have experience working in a FP&A role previously where you have managed quarterly reporting and forecasting cycles.  Experience working in a large, global business is preferred as is group consolidation experience. Knowledge of the consumer industry is preferable as is experience of TM1, financial modelling or Power BI.  You will have proven examples of where you have added value and driven change within your role.  To succeed in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, be ambitious in nature with a growth mindset and have the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders based globally.
