An opportunity has arisen to join a world’s leading listed FMCG company as their PTP Senior Accountant on a permenant basis. This is a remote role with their offices based near West London. They are incredibly flexible with their working practices, operate with core hours, and an early Friday finish!

Reporting to the EMEA P2P Manager, you will  be managing the relationships with the BPO provider and must be able to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Experience with SOX compliance

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and policies by the BPO provider and stakeholders
  • Assist RTR with Accounts Payable variances
  • Maintain the Workflow Maintenance Matrix and support workflow issues.
  • Update Freight invoice approval signatory tables for the BPO provider.
  • Assist with quarterly balance sheet variance analysis.

 

Skills required:

The successful candidate will have previous PTP experience in a high-volume environment or shared service centre alongside experience with SOX compliance. Previous consumer/FMCG experience in a large brand would be highly desirable but not essential. Good Excel skills experience with large data sets are essential with SAP experience being a desirable. Softer skills required would include excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.
