Senior FP&A Analyst | JRROC31786 | £75,000-£82,000  | Central London | Fixed Term Contract

 

JasperRose is partnering with a FTSE listed global brand, which is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the team on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. The role will be working in the global headquarters in Central London (hybrid, 3 days in the office). This is an opportunity to work for a market-leading brand where you will be playing a key part in driving process improvements within the FP&A function.

 

Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, the key objective of this role is to lead the external reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for international entities. The role will have extensive engagement with stakeholders based globally and will be heavily involved in improving existing processes.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on external reporting requirements including performance reporting by region on both a monthly & quarterly basis
  • Preparing and presenting presentations to senior stakeholders on the weekly & quarterly performance of the entities
  • Leading the budgeting & forecasting for specific entities within the business
  • Develop & mentor FP&A Analysts within the team
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders across the business including the board and senior leadership team, providing them with performance analysis to aid commercial decision making
  • Driving cashflow optimisation through scenario analysis
  • Looking at ways to drive improvements on existing systems (HFM & Power BI)

 

Skill set required:

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (or Masters equivalent) and will have experience working in an FP&A role, working for a large & global organisation. Experience working in the commodities industry (mining or oil & gas) is strongly preferred but not essential. You must be able to lead on budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis as well as presenting to senior leadership teams. To succeed in this role, you will be ambitious with a growth mindset, and have the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders based globally.
