JasperRose is partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand to recruit an Internal Audit Manager. This newly created role has been established to strengthen operational audit capability across the business and support an expanding global risk.
Sitting within the organisation’s HQ in Central London, this role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver a truly international internal audit programme, working across Europe, Asia and the wider global footprint. With significant recent system implementations and ongoing transformation activity, the business is seeking an auditor who can bring clarity, operational insight, and thought leadership to complex environments.
This is an exciting moment to join a well-known, internationally established brand that is investing heavily in technology, A.I. and process optimisation. Initially a stand alone role with the opportunity to grow and build a function/team in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end operational audits across a range of global business areas.
- Quickly build an understanding of processes, systems and controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with teams across Finance, Technology, HR and Operations to gather insight and influence outcomes.
- Review the impact of recent system changes and ensure controls and processes are operating effectively.
- Produce clear, concise audit findings and recommendations that add value and support decision-making.
- Help shape the audit plan and contribute to ongoing improvements in how the audit function operates.
- Support global initiatives, including people, process and technology reviews, as part of a broader risk agenda.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a confident, thoughtful audit partner.
Skills & Experience Required
- Big4 trained with recent Internal Audit experience within industry
- Strong operational audit capability with proven ability to run end-to-end audits independently.
- Experience working within consumer goods, FMCG, tech, luxury, retail or adjacent industries
- Experience working with or auditing technology-driven processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess risk and provide insightful recommendations.
- Curious, thoughtful and able to bring a point of view; someone who holds their own with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity within a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple geographies.
