JasperRose is partnering with a FTSE-listed consumer brand, which is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager in what is a newly created role, based in their global headquarters in Central London (hybrid, 3 days in the office). This is an opportunity to work for a business that owns several well-known brands operating out of the UK, that is performing exceptionally well in the market.

The role sits in their group head office and reports to the Head of Transformation. The key objective of this role is to embed best practice financial controls and performance into the non-financial departments including ESG/environmental, health & safety, procurement & people teams. The role will partner with and influence key finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and scoping existing financial processes and controls across health & safety, environmental, procurement, and people departments to be able to identify key transformation projects for the departments
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders across the departments to support and challenge in driving process change and improvement in line with the finance transformation strategy
  • Support the departments with the implementation and automation of processes to improve performance and financial controls
  • Implementing non-financial KPI’s to be able to review business performance accurately
  • Partner with the IT and transformation teams to develop more accurate reporting processes for ESG reporting

Skill set required:

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with 5+ years of post-qualified experience including experience working in industry or on secondments in practice. You will have worked in a larger, more complex business, in a business-as-usual finance role, gaining a solid foundation of best-practice financial controls.  Proven examples of where you have influenced senior stakeholders and driven change is key, you will have the confidence and gravitas to build relationships with non-financial department heads. Knowledge of ESG reporting is desirable but not essential. You will be proactive and ambitious in nature with the desire to progress within this well-known group.
