This is an opportunity for FP&A Manager (Ecommerce) to join a listed and globally recognised consumer brand, based in Central London (hybrid or remote working available).  This is a newly created role due to the international growth of one of their key brands, you will be joining at a key time and will have the opportunity to work for a business that has grown by over 15% in the past 12 months.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A for one of the brands, you will take ownership for the ecommerce channel and will manage an Analyst who looks after marketing costs for the brand.  The role offers a global remit and will partner with senior stakeholders up to VP level based both in the UK and internationally, this includes regular presentations to the exec team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership for the 5-year financial planning and budgeting for the ecommerce channel across the EMEA region
  • Oversight of the annual marketing plan and updating stakeholders on forecasts
  • Preparation of brand reporting packs for the ecommerce division for review by the executive committee
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders across the business including the VP of Ecommerce and global heads of department.  This includes challenging and influencing ecommerce and marketing stakeholders on the monthly and quarterly results
  • Working as the finance lead on any ecommerce projects
  • Management and development of one direct report

Skill set required:
To be considered for you must be a Qualified Accountant with experience in a FP&A role for an ecommerce division or ecommerce business.  You must have worked for a global and more complex business, ideally you will have partnered with stakeholders based internationally.  Experience managing a direct report is essential. The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders is key to the success of this role, you will be a natural leader with the ability to manage upwards.  The business is looking for an individual with drive, adaptability, and a hardworking attitude.
